1. Nice weather and going for a walk at lunch. I found it somewhat invigorating.

1. Having a lovely walk home from the chiropractor today after an interesting session about nutrition and Ayurevedic food theory. 1. Sunny and I went on a date! We tried a Mexican place near the mall; the taste was amazing! So fresh! They had a salsa bar and the food felt really authentic and not fast food-like (it's a sit down place).
